Digital Project Manager

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager who excels in a high performance and collaborative team environment. The Digital Project Manager will be accountable to the daily delivery of on-scope, on-time, and on-budget integrated digital projects cross creative team, client teams and outsource groups. They will manage a variety of digital projects and will be experienced in website, email, social marketing and media.

 

The Digital Project Manager works across client, account and creative teams to manage multiple digital projects, manage vendor outsourcing and agency partners. The DPM will develop and recommend digital strategies with the VP of Digital Services to offer best in class solutions, while maintaining the day-to-day projects, advising the client on their business needs and providing measurable solutions.

 

Responsibilities

  • Creation of a project management discipline, implementing best practices and innovative solutions as the agency grows.
  • Provide technical documentation and business requirements for projects in planning.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvement of internal processes to allow for smooth execution of projects and improved efficiency.
  • Proactively grow client relationships by providing better insights into deadlines and deliverables – achieved by being cognizant of their business needs and keeping all departments in the loop on a project’s critical path.
  • Write and disseminate client directed project documents, including project briefs, timelines and progress reports with internal and external project stakeholders.
  • Coordinate and manage weekly project workloads across multiple clients assigning and monitor hours across project teams.
  • Schedule team project kick-offs, ideations, presentations and reporting with project teams, clearly communicating project objectives, milestones and communication priorities with internal creative teams and external teams.
  • Co-manage email campaigns through automated marketing CRM systems. (Sharp Spring, Exact-Target CRM knowledge a plus).
  • Use agency project management tools daily spanning Google Docs, Google Drive, Go-To-Meeting, ActiveCollab Project Management Software, agency servers, etc.
  • Write digital project scope of work documents, estimates and coordinate the invoice and billing from vendors.

 

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field

  • Minimum 3 years of digital campaign project management experience within a majority of the following areas (integrated digital media, display ads, CRM/email, social media), from an ad agency or in house digital services department.
  • Strong, holistic  understanding of website project lifecycle spanning – scoping products, persona development, UX, build / development, debugging, SEO to go-live.
  • Strong communication skills to a variety of stakeholders.
  • Must be detail oriented, organized, and able to multi-task and deliver projects within specified scope.
  • Must be proficient in Google Analytics, marketing automation software, and email CRM & CMS (Sharepoint a plus).
  • Negotiate deliverables with internal and external stakeholders

Senior Copywriter

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the lead copywriter for the agency to deliver the highest quality, grammatically correct, and on-strategy copy within established deadlines and project objectives.
  • Highly accountable, well organized with an infectiously positive attitude.
  • Client facing with confidence in presenting ideas and concepts.
  • Partner with the Account Service and Creative Director to identify the scope of work, accurately estimating copywriting hours and project management.
  • Foster team building at all times through a “spirit of collaboration” in communicating and working with account teams, creative teams and clients.
  • Assist with Queue’s marketing and self-promotion initiatives.

 

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of agency experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
  • Strong skills in copy writing, concept development, technical writing & creation of integrated media campaigns (print, digital & video).
  • Adept in writing across multiple industries, categories and target audiences. (Experience in CPG, Food, Pharma is a big plus).
  • Highly proficient in the use of Microsoft Word, Evernote and PowerPoint.
