Kyoku needed to decrease the barriers to purchase within their website checkout process while driving awareness and traffic. A high bounce rate indicated their target audience, urban men who care about their grooming routine, were not engaging with content.
Queue created a new persona to position Kyoku as a fashion destination with a boutique, super premium feel and focus on the science behind the product. We designed and developed a responsive CMS site, shopping cart, promotional features, CRM based loyalty program and all content.
Armed with a new brand image, bounce rates lowered substantially, enabling Kyoku to achieve an amazing 2x increase in conversion rates from organic & paid search. The brand also experienced increased retention rates with returning shopper visits that were driven by a loyalty program.
