Mrs. Fields Cookies (MFC) brand had become outdated and needed to update their premium image.
We gave Mrs. Field’s a “makeover.” To engage audiences, we built a cross-channel brand identity system spanning retail grocery package design, mall store interiors, mall store merchandising systems, MFC online store and business gifts. To drive awareness we crafted integrated channel marketing campaigns, promotional events, radio remotes and PR.
In just 6 short months the MFC refreshed brand was in market – retail grocery packaging, online gifting lines and promotional merchandising across all of their 500 plus mall stores.
Newly launched concept stores out performed existing stores by over 40% in sales volume and velocity and fueled QSR franchisee growth.
Integrated promotions drove traffic and sales in mall stores and retail grocery, club and C-stores.
