Julie has classical sales and marketing training built around an entrepreneurial spirit. She was integral in growing such iconic brands as Pampers, Kraft Cheese, Tylenol, Motrin and Cover Girl. She now lives for helping disruptor brands make some noise in the market. She offers advisory services and also interim head of sales support- whatever it takes to ensure your brand is on the path to success. Julie is also a leader of our Queue Lab, focused on accelerating sales growth through strategy and execution.
Gabe Ramirez, host of Gabe & Nina in the mornings on B96 (96.3 | WBBM-FM), prides himself in being born and raised on the north side of Chicago. He attended Lane Tech College Prep High School, and graduated from the University of Illinois at Chicago, double majoring in Economics and Behavioral Communication. His passion and connection to the city comes through the airwaves daily, and is seen in real life through his philanthropic efforts with countless non-profits during the year. Gabe is a proud Puerto Rican who is strong in his opinion, just like any Chicagoan, yet his caring heart cannot be hidden – just like any Chicagoan! The AMA’s Content team takes a channel-agnostic approach to great content creation and curation, getting marketers the news they need, where and when they need it.
Rachel Stillman serves as an Associate at 7wire Ventures where she focuses on investments in digital healthcare and technology-enabled services that empower consumers to be better stewards of their health in today’s changing healthcare ecosystem. Rachel was a member of the deal team for higi and nOCD. She is active with the portfolio, having provided strategic project support for TrainerRx and ConsejoSano. Rachel’s prior experience in venture capital includes her time at Qure Ventures, Israel’s first exclusively focused digital health fund.
Jackson joined Chicago Ventures in June 2017 and focuses on sourcing, evaluating, and supporting investments, with a particular interest in AI and machine learning applied to enterprise verticals. Prior to Chicago Ventures, Jackson co-founded Float Tickets, which provides peer-to-peer insurance for airline and event tickets. Previously, he worked as a summer analyst in the Tech M&A group at Wells Fargo Securities and Industrials investment banking group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey.
